ABOUT PANTHEON

Step 1: Consultation

Management consulting with engineers working at construction site and holding blueprint in

Many clients feel overwhelmed when they think about all of the elements that go into a design; from paint colors, cabinets, appliances, flooring, lighting, electrical, plumbing, hardware, sub-contractor, etc the list goes on and on.  Pantheon Kitchens and Baths is here to organize all of our client’s ideas and concerns into an effective design strategy and time line.

An initial complementary consultation in your home is vital for the designer to access your space, discuss your lifestyle and get a sense of how you use your space. At this consultation, the designer will measure your space and ask lots of questions.

Investing time to think carefully about your remodeling goals and develop detailed plans is the best way to get the dream kitchen you want. Before getting started with a kitchen designer, we recommend you consider your remodeling goals, budget and timeline.

  • Do you want more space? More storage? More style and functionality?

  • Make a wish list of everything you want, including your preferred cabinet style and color, hardware, counter tops, appliances, lighting and flooring. Collect inspiration ideas from magazines, Pinterest, product samples, and other sources to share with your kitchen designer

  • Customers on average spend 10-15% of the value of their home on kitchen remodeling, but don't shy away from breaking the budget a little for things you really want like pull out drawers, a quieter dishwasher, high-end range or fridge

  • It can take anywhere from a few days to several months to remodel your kitchen. If you are tight on timeline consider sticking with your existing layout rather than opting for more expensive and time-consuming alterations

Step 2: Design

After the consultation, your designer will put together a preliminary design plan based on the information that is gathered. The designer will then have you come to our showroom to present you with a preliminary design for your consideration along with a budget for that design. You will be guided through our showroom so that you can see the features of our cabinetry, appliances and and accessories available.

This is where the fun begins! During this step, your designer will guide you through making cabinetry choices, planning for accessories, counter tops, flooring and back splashes in our showroom. Once you have made your selections, your designer will construct a detailed design for your consideration and review.

When you decide to move forward with that design and sign a contract with Pantheon to remodel your kitchen your retainer fee will go towards the purchase of the remodel. If you decide that you are not ready to move forward, the retainer fee is considered a "fee for service" and is not refunded.
